01 - 8 large fresh strawberries

02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, 240 g)
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
06 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
07 - 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Wash and gently pat dry strawberries. Slice each berry lengthwise into halves.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
04 - Holding each strawberry half by the cut side, dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt coating, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Arrange dipped strawberry halves cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips on the yogurt coating immediately after dipping.
07 - Freeze the arranged strawberries for 1 hour or until the yogurt sets firmly.
08 - Serve immediately for a cold treat or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer until needed.
